I'm Dana, the owner of Crown & Current Travel LLC, where I help families plan magical Disney vacations, exciting cruises, and unforgettable theme park adventures. Whether you're setting sail, visiting your favorite parks, or exploring somewhere new, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Like many families, I know planning a Disney vacation can feel exciting—but also overwhelming. With so many resorts, cruise itineraries, dining options, and experiences to choose from, it's easy to wonder if you're making the right decisions. After years of visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and experiencing the magic firsthand, I realized I loved helping others navigate the planning process just as much as I loved the vacations themselves. That's what inspired me to become a travel advisor.
Today, I help families confidently plan vacations that fit their travel style, budget, and dreams. Whether it's your first Disney Cruise, a magical Walt Disney World vacation, or an unforgettable Royal Caribbean adventure, I'm here to provide personalized recommendations, expert guidance, and support every step of the way.
I'm a Certified Disney Travel Planner, a Universal Orlando Resort Specialist, and a Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure. I combine that professional training with years of personal travel experience to help my clients make the most of their vacations.
Beyond Disney, my family and I have spent more than 16 years exploring the United States in our RV, creating countless memories along the way. Those adventures have reinforced my belief that travel is about more than just reaching a destination—it's about spending meaningful time with the people you love.

If you're ready to move forward, simply sign and return the proposal. Once received, I'll provide a secure credit card authorization link to finalize your vacation plans.
From there, I'll handle all the details—securing your reservations, flights, rental cars, transfers, and any other travel arrangements needed to bring your dream trip to life. My goal is to make the planning process seamless and stress-free so you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming adventure.
I specialize in booking vacations to the Orlando theme parks, including Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. I can also plan vacations for Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Adventures by Disney, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Margaritaville at Sea cruises, helping you create a magical and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

At Crown & Current Travel LLC, every vacation is thoughtfully designed with care, expertise, and attention to detail. While many of our booking services are complimentary, certain planning services require significant time, research, strategy, and personalized support. These planning fees compensate for the professional expertise, time, and customized planning that go into creating an exceptional travel experience.
All planning fees are separate from the cost of travel, are due at the time services begin, and are non-refundable. Planning fees are charged for professional services rendered and are not applied toward the cost of your vacation.

Magical Crown Planning Fee – $200
Designed for guests who want a fully customized theme park vacation experience.
This planning service includes:
- Purchasing special event tickets
- Securing dining reservations (based on availability)
- Making park reservations
- Booking Lightning Lanes, FastPasses, or similar ride reservation systems (where available)
- Arranging special enhancements and experiences
- Personalized park-by-park recommendations
- A professionally designed custom itinerary tailored specifically to your family's vacation and ticket package
This service is ideal for families who want to maximize their vacation while leaving the planning to an experienced professional.
Crown Signature Planning Fee – $100
For guests wishing to enhance their cruise or vacation package.
This service includes assistance with vacation enhancements such as:
- Excursions
- Specialty dining
- Onboard experiences
- Celebration packages
- Resort or vacation upgrades
- Other customized enhancements
CrownAir Planning Fee
Air travel planning and booking requires additional research, monitoring, and coordination.
Planning fees are:
- $50 per reservation
Cancellation Fee – $50
A cancellation fee of $50 per booking will apply once a reservation has been confirmed and secured.
This fee covers the administrative time required to process cancellations, supplier communications, documentation, and account adjustments.
This fee does not apply when cancellations or itinerary changes are the result of:
- Airline schedule changes
- Supplier-initiated modifications
- Other circumstances beyond the traveler's control
By submitting payment for any planning fee, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Planning fees compensate Crown & Current Travel LLC for professional consultation, research, itinerary design, booking assistance, and planning services performed.
- Planning fees are separate from the cost of your vacation and are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel is completed, modified, or canceled.
- Planning services begin immediately upon engagement, and fees are earned as those services are provided.
- Availability of reservations, dining, special events, Lightning Lanes, excursions, or other requested experiences cannot be guaranteed, as they are subject to supplier availability.
- Crown & Current Travel LLC will make every reasonable effort to secure requested reservations and experiences using industry expertise and best practices. However, these reservations are NOT guaranteed and no refund will be given if reservations are unable to be secured.
I'm glad you asked! Working with a travel advisor insures you have an expert working on your trip so you can get the best value, itenary and support. Additionally, travel advisors can have access to promtional rates and special perks. I am here to plan that fairytale trip and provide all the support along the way!
Most vacations packages are secured using the client's credit card. A secure system will send you a link for credit card authorization. Your data is secure.
Each vacation package has its own terms and conditions regarding deposits and refunds. I will clearly outline all costs, deposits, refund dates (if applicable) and identify non refundable expenditures.
Absolutely! Trip insurance quotes will be provided with each proposal. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will be asked to sign a waiver. If you change your mind, you can often add insurance up until the time of your trip. This varies by trip, destination and supplier.
I am an independent agent affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network. As an affiliated agent, I have access to all their trainings and offerings. Training is a constant part of the travel industry as it is ever changing. I will continue to train with my host, suppliers and other trainings as needed to provide you with the best customer experience.
Additionally, I am a Certified Disney Travel Planner and have completed Disney's College of Knowledge. I am also a Universal Orlando Resort Specialist and I have completed the Master of Adventure education training with Royal Caribbean.
I am a Registered Independent Agent with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
as required by Florida Sellers of Travel Act, sections 559.926 -559.939.
My Bachelor of Art in Psychology was earned from Saint Leo University.
